Refunds Overview
The Refund and Returns Policy refers to The Gallery Art Print Shop products (The Gallery).
Refunds for Instant Downloaded Digital Art Prints are NOT Accepted at The Gallery.
For all other items, refunds are accepted and the deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of refund, you must inform The Gallery of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform The Gallery of your decision by e-mail: curator@galleryartprint.shop.
The Gallery will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which the returned goods are received. The Gallery will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. In order for item(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 1) The item was purchased in the last fourteen (14) days and 2) The item is in the original packaging
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The Gallery reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, The Gallery will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. The Gallery will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact curator@galleryartprint.shop.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
The Gallery only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email curator@galleryartprint.shop.
Shipping returns
To return your product, email curator@galleryartprint.shop for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Gallery can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
